one hammer curl, followed by a reg db curl, and back to hammer, etc..
liq, try hammer concentration curls. got up to 90's with a lil sway on my last bulk, and they blew my arms up.
Absolutely LOVE hammer DB curls. It is usually my second bicep exercise. Go heavy with a rep range of 3-5 for 3 sets. It's amazing how many people ignore the brachialis.
lol,... im like,... stop doin only bench and DB curls and learn something!!
its just a curl movement, not too important imo...anybody here squat?
