Hammer to DB curl

  1. Hammer to DB curl


    Anybody else does this?

    one hammer curl, followed by a reg db curl, and back to hammer, etc..

    i dooz it like that also liquid!not exactly in that order though!you can do far more heavier weights with the hammer style!imo.

    I agree on the more weights onto the hammer curl. But I feel that the combination of the two, pushes more blood into the arm area. (at least for me that is, well actually nobody around me does this)

  5. liq, try hammer concentration curls. got up to 90's with a lil sway on my last bulk, and they blew my arms up.

  6. Absolutely LOVE hammer DB curls. It is usually my second bicep exercise. Go heavy with a rep range of 3-5 for 3 sets. It's amazing how many people ignore the brachialis.

    +1 on that,.... cant tell you how many people i talked to that are experienced lifters, that ive known for years ask me in the gym,...." what does that work?" (ill be doin hammers, or palm down barbell curls),....... or "what is a brancialis?"

    lol,... im like,... stop doin only bench and DB curls and learn something!!

    i know what thats like,but not quite extreme as you.i live in hawaii and love to go bodyboarding on huge waves,so i know about that fix you need everyday..LOL..!

    I would love to live in Hawaii,.... though i dont know if i would ever bulk throughout the season,.... since i would be wanting to go to the beach all the time, lol.
