    This life ain't easy folks. I like a lot of the old Eminem to get me grinding.

    Back on my diet and just finished my workout (back and arms).

    I am working my way up to 100 situps a day. Currently at 21. Adding one per day. Doing the same with pushups.

    Carl Jackson is a good man and preaches a full approach to life.

  2. what life is it that you have that isn't easy?

    situps really dont work, crunches work much better for developing the abdominals. Situps hurt the back many times

    I like old fashioned. Situps are required for a lot of service and so thus I stick to it.
