I used the search and just making sure i'm right. label says 1/4 teaspoon = 600 mg. so i need about 16 - 17 to get to the forty grams most use? seems like a lot.
Just use an old scoop from a protein powder and measure it out on a food scale so you know how much is in every scoop. If you dont have a food scale, there are some guys on here that already know how much waxy maize is in an ON whey scoop, try searching for waxy maize and see if you might be able to find the threads.
Ok 1/4 teaspoon is 600mg so 4teaspoons is 1tablespoon or 9.6g. So I usually do 7-8 tablespoons or 28-32 teaspoons to get 67.2-76.8g.
