| Registered User | EAA's or Whey post workout? Whats best, to just down Whey w/ WMS post workout or take EAA's (Purple Wrath) post work out then have your shake 15-30 min later? This STILL confuses me. Whats the deal guys? |

| Registered User | I thought the whey slowed the absorption of the WMS? Thought it was EAA/WMS immediately and then Shake or solid meal 30 min - hour after your workout? I personally take 20grams WMS and 1.5scoops Core MRP post and it works great. Be strong and courageous.
