How do I use AP post work out?

I'm planning to start my 2 bottles of AP but want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before I do. I'll use 1 tab before each of my large carb meals during the day and 1 with my pre workout meal/shake but my question is how do I use AP post work out? Do I use it with my post work out shake with WMS that I take immediately after my work out or my post work out meal about 45mins - an hour later?

You can do either, but I would suggest using it for the 45 minute later meal. You could benefit from the post workout dose, but if its one or the other than I say wait. IMO your body will be very insulin sensitive on its own following training, and couple that with the fact that the pre workout dose should still have a workable half life (depending on duration of your training) you will get more out of holding out.

Agreed. Since you dosing before your preworkout meal, it will still be in effect for your post workout shake. Save the next dose for the meal after your shake.

You COULD invest in some PSlin and use that for pre/intra workout and AP for post....
