On a cut, do you supp for muscle retention?

Yea I use Purple WRAATH (EAA {amino acids})

It helps retain muscle while cutting.
I also increase my protein intake.
 
run a test booster and aminos. your test tends to lower on a cut. activate xtreme, blue up, and for amino purple wrath or intrabolic
 
i know man. san marcus is the palce to be. too bad pretty much every girl from my high school is going there haha. awesome scenery for sure
 
I have done too many cuts to femember and I only supplemented with things to help my cut and whey protein, never lost more than a couple pounds of lean mass even on a near zero carb diet. I guess it is possible that my "cut supplements" help with lean mass retention but that is my little secret ;)

I'm from SM, so I gave seen many, many unbelievably hot girls for the past decade. And the fresh meat...err, I mean freshman arrive in August.

Of course i expect you to ask - you don't expect me to tell do you? besides, it is nothing exotic so probably noone would be interested.

Either way I wouldnt have asked if i wasnt interested. so youre wrong on the nobody wopuld be interested.Exotic doesnt = results by any means but thats the reason for the sarcasm I bet.

Somewhat humorous. What I have found works really well for me is 3 grams VitC, 1 gram calcium citrate, 3 caps of no smell garlic oil, 3 grams fish oil, and 1.5 grams of bitter melon (raw powder not extract). I do this with a descending carb cycle diet (reduce to near zero over 4 days and load for 2 or 3 then repeat each weak). I raely drink more than one protein shake per day and manage to get pretty lean with little muscle loss (althought the water weight fluctuautes madly on this -- you just have to have faith).
 
Thanks for the response.Ive looked into bittermelon extract and found the reported benefits interesting.I might have to pick some up.Why bulk not extract?

I've done both and I've found 500 mg three times a day of the raw powder to be better than the 10X extract. Could be that something is lost in the extracton process.
