    My overall goal is to gain more weight, I am some what of a hard gainer. I have been taking xtend with vaso charge and was interested in taking some of the animal pak products with it,. I just wanted to see if anyone has had any results/feedback?

    they are mostly just vitamins so be more specific, i dont think itll cause a bad interaction.

    How do you like the xtend and vasocharge combo?

    I just got mine and did 2 xtend scoops w/ 1 vaso (both lemonade) I had a great workout!

    How do you use yours?

  5. Xtend is great stuff, I was thinking of the animal pak,
    along with animal m-stak, or animal pump.
    I saw that the pump has creatines so I didnt want to overdue it since vasocharge has creatine in it.

    that is a sweet combo .. i love vasocharge myself .. are u taking any weight gainer along with it too ?

    im not too familiar w/ animal pak .. so cant say anything .. but yahh consume atleast 2 scoops of xtend to get some amino acids in your system.

  7. no weight gainers. Everyone keeps telling me to eat alot and that will do the trick. I have been taking reg vitamins but I a heard animal paks give you a little extra

    dont waste your money on it. Just buy a good multivitamin, thats enough.

  9. Eat more quality protein and add some shakes into your diet. Up your protein intake before spending $$$ on more supps.

    Good food = greatest mass-builder of all time!!!

  10. hmhh yah u dont need weight gainer .. but then you have to be eating 7-9 good meals a day and alot of protein depending on ya weight.
