How do u dose mass fx?

How should u dose mass fx at 6 a day if u work out at 3 and wake up at 8??

just dose it when you wake up and dose 2 more every 4 hours, regardless when you work out.

by following the dosing schedule recommended. 2 pills 2x daily. or try it around nad find out what works best for you...thas what i usually do.

its a test related thing so i think the only thing that matters is that the halflife never deminishes...but i may be wrong
