Current Stack Questions

I just recently started to cut some weight. I realized through some help that my diet was terrible and that was holding me back. I changed my diet 1-1.5 weeks and have dropped 2-3 lbs. I want to keep going with this weightloss and maintain my current muscle.

I also started to take Nitrix, Cellmass, and Syntha 6 at this time and im not sure if the i should keep the Nitrix and Cellmass going. Im wondering if i should cut them out then re start that stack after im at my desired weight. I think the Nitrix has increased my cardio abilities but im not sure about the cellmass.

So if at all possible i want to drop weight and keep the muscle. Should i keep taking the cellmass and nitrix or should i cut them out and start up some glutamine l-carnitine or do it all?

(Weight 192, Height 5' 9", 22%BF) Workout=2 day split MT, TF. 5 days cardio per week.

I'd strongly advise just sticking to the new diet. You've been on a good diet for 1-1.5 weeks and want to know what supplements to take? I'd wait until at least 4-6 weeks into your fatloss program before I'd start thinking of supplementation. If you're scared to death of losing muscle, pick up some BCAAs (branch chain amino acids) to help prevent catabolism. I find too many people fear that cardio will destroy all their muscle. I've never found that to be the case.
