I am running into a wall here trying to figure out a dosing schedule for my Leviathan-R and. Actually...just the first dosage of the day for each. I will be starting them on Thursday and I work out at about 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning Mon-Fri. I don't have a problem waking up an hour or so early to take them, but I usually have a piece of fruit before I workout, generally a banana or an orange, just to get something in my system (I also will be taking pre, during, and post). The instructions say that Levi-R works best when insulin levels are low, i'm not a nutritionist so I dont really know what degree of an insulin release an orange or banana causes. Would it be cool to take a dose of each at say 7:00 or 7:15 then the fruit around 8:00? This is no doubt a noob question, just looking for some simple, reliable input from my bros here at AM. Like all of you, I want to get the best out of anything that I'm supplementing with, wouldn't want any wasted efforts. I won't be able to check out your replies until tomorrow, but looking forward.
