Best BCAA mix...?
Iv been taking xtend for a month or two and im happy with it but i dislike how xtend has aspartame in it.
I was thinking of ways to decrease the aspartame or get ride of it all together.
I was thinking either:
a) bulk BCAA powder + xtend (to reduce the aspartame)
b) bulk BCAA powder + NOW Stevia
Other 'receipts' are appreciated.

A word of caution, bulk BCAA+ Stevia will be a bit bland. In Canada I don't have too many choices for flavouring, but I think Crystal Light has a sucralose version. You can try adding that to bulk BCAA to flavour it

Oh man thanks for bringing that to my attention. I didn't know it had aspartame in it, and have been contemplating whether I should get it. Now I definetely won't.

the flavor of xtend is so strong that it easily masks the addition of xtra bulk aminos. I mix i tbsp of either bulk bcaa powder or (usually) l-leucine with every scoop of xtend i use. l-leucine is the worst tasting of the two and i still enjoy the flavor. even if you are not trying to get away from thier flavor system this is a great way to save money.
