Hey all. I have two short question about this stuff. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait before eating after taking a serving? And is it necessary to take a serving in the morning for the first 5 days for the loading stage as well as another after my workout later in the day? or is it not necessary (this stuff isn't cheap)? thanks

You shouldn't have any problem eating soon after taking a serving.
There's some debate as to whether loading stages are necessary, but I personally believe they are not. Save it for the workouts. I think of it as mostly a technique the advertisements employ to make you run out of product faster, thus forcing you to buy more.
I would advise you not to buy a product like this in the future. Read around the forums, there are products 10x as good as anything Muscletech can present you with for 1/3 the cost. Go ahead and use it for now, but I suggest taking a different route in the future. I'll send you a PM in a bit.

Just be careful with the 75g of sugar per serving bro. Thanks for the help guys. Ill probably try the three alternatives posted once im done with the cell-tech.
one other question i have about the cell-tech stuff is when should I take it? its says to take a serving right after my workout but i hear from others to take creatine 15 minutes before working out..? what should I be doing?
