hard to give a specific manufacture. just get it from a reputable person, pref. not a website. also, learn how to spot fakes and it will help in getting good deca. one of the most common brands of deca is organon but problem with buying popular brands is that there are many fakes made to look like the popular brands so beware. UGL are not a bad choice, just use your good judgement and prepare yourself before hand.
as far as dosage goes - i would stack deca with testosterone dosed at 500mg per week for each. typically deca is ran 2 weeks less than test due to its highly suppressive nature. most common is 10-12 weeks deca, 12-14 weeks test. this is just the beginning, do more research before jumping into a cycle. good luck.
