havoc and equistane stack questions

ok im about to be 18 im 6'2 212-215, you could say im a big dude lol kinda but my friend just bought the havoc and epistane stack
and i was wondering is it safe to take because im interested in buying it also, is it safer just to take one or the other? any questions, and i workout about 4-5 days a week and i do continue to get stronger sometimes get on a plateau i have gained about 30+ pounds of muscle in the span of a lil more than a year.
but im still am interested, any answers or comments?
 
i cannot be bothered looking up equistane but im guessing you may be refering to Epistane. Either way you are 17 years old and your asking about a steriod which will get you banned from the site pretty swiftly.
Second of all don't even think about taking Havoc for a another few years. I'm the same height but nearly 40lbs heavier. No offence but your not a big dude. You have much more natural growing to do. Your full of natural test right now and you should make the most of it. You have a good headstart being 210 @ 17 you just need to get your diet spot on and maybe try a mass building routine. Tell your friend not to take the Havoc either. Do a search on Havoc and you will see what i'm talking about. I dont mean to be rude but your a newbie and should not be considering this kind of compound. You've made a good start by joining AM. Read as much as you can, it certainly wont do you any harm.
 
ooo ok i didnt kno it was a roid i thought it like a test booster, ok well then cross that off lol ok i appreciate that info your just trying to help and that is why i joined this great site

fiirst off - your 18 you have time yet. secondly - havoc epi are basically same idea/compound - they aren't stacked together.

stick with the nutrition, and try protein, creatine, etc. first. even test boosters should be out of your league right now. they would only be a waste as you are producing enough test naturally at this age to not need the boost.

well on the test boosters what if i have one testicle due to i had a hernia when i was a baby i kno that i have compensated by making more but would that be wrong to do?

you still dont need a test booster, it wont do anything. if you put on 30lbs on in the last year you have plenty of test. as for the havoc/epi, well you really dont wont to be playing with steroids at your age, particularly if you only have one testicle, you would seriously mess yourself up for a long time. dont let your friend take it either if hes around your age.
 
at 18 your natural test should be high so I'd train hard, eat right, and take advantage of having all that excess test in the body! Hell wish I worked out hard when I was 18!!!
 
ok well give me the ultimate diet and what supplements should i use, right now i have cytogainer black powder and im about to use cell tech(got it for 20 bucks) i have Kre-alkalyn and noxavol, is it cool when i reach 220 to use a fat burner to cut up?
