Combination of Supps for ultimate pre-workout mix

A few months ago I took up muay thai training 3-4x per week and while I usually have enough natural energy to train muay thai, I am finding it hard sometimes to get myself to lift. I would say only one out of my three lifting days I am really focused and not dragging ass. RPM will usually do the trick, but recently I have even been slacking on that. After some initial research, I was thinking about RPM+the ultimate mass pump stack by nutraplanet to try and get me going a bit.

Any other suggestions for pre-workout energy boosting?

the ultimate mass pump stack at NP was what I was going to recommend. It is what I use. I also add some bulk Beta-Alanine to it though. All together it will cost you about $30 total for a 100grams of each ingredient. Very nice.

I am going that route pretty soon.

I have used a bunch of pre-workout products and some of them have been quite good. However with each of these supplements my body has developed a certain resistance after a while. So probably a good idea to change it, as also spend money on supplements that offer better return on investment.

I would probably add Caffein tabs to the pump stack.

That is actually what I did this morning and the pump was amazing. I had about 3g arginine, 3g citrulline, 2g CEE, and 2g Beta-Alanine this morning and popped 1 Lipo6 cap(100mg caffeine, I have a bottle left over from a while ago) along with it and felt awesome. Post I had 1g CEE, and another 2g of Beta-Alanine.

The only downside to this stack is the taste. All of the raw powders with the exception of the beta taste horrible. What I did is mixed it with one of those little crystal light to go packs with a tablespoon of Splenda and that masked the taste pretty well.

I would definitely recommend this stack to anyone, especially for the price. It will last a lot longer than most other preworkout cocktails and cost a lot less.

To the OP. Stacking it with RPM sounds like a great idea. I have tried RPM before and loved it.

you might be suffering from adrenaline fatigue. Throw some reset AD in the mix. For me when it comes to pre-workout mixes I try to stay off stims. I often get used to them and they tend to catch up to me. The more natural way to go I would say is p-slin or neovar. A supplement of that calibur is sure to give you the pumps you desire. Food itself is great for energy. Now add some repartition supplements to bring your food to the next level, now thats gonna be some intense workouts.

Ragnarok is on the way to my cabinet. I hear only great things about it and I'm impressed with it's profile. I got the decaffeinated Rag.

As a matter of fact, I will be combining:

    Carnage (beta alanine)
    Cordygen 5
    Ragnarok

... for some ultimate endurance. I I think I may add 1 gram of Acetyl-L-Carnitine with my Ragnarok dosing.

If I were to make a pre-workout formula of my own, it would be:

    3 grams tri-creatine orotate
    3 grams taurine
    3 grams citrulline malate
    1.5 grams tyrosine
    1 gram ALCAR
    Freedom means nothing here.
