Well, I think you're wanting to block the uptake into muscles, not the production, right? If you're referring to the super strong baby, thats what was happening with him I believe.

From what I recall the products on the supplement market now are BS, and a few pharmaceuticals are in testing....I think.

yes A pharmaceutical company is in the process of making a drug that would do this. it beings with an S i forgot the name of it though.
