Looking at all the diff types of creatines compared - gram for gram using mono as the benchmark, how do the others compare in terms of supposed potency? How much of each do you need to take for the equivalent of mono?
Apparently:
Kre-Alkalyn - 1g = 10g Mono
CEE - 2.25g = 10g Mono
