How do you dose your Cissus?

Just curious what dosing protocol everyone is using with their bulk cissus? I'm currently using AQB's Bulk USP Super Cissus. What have your found to be the best and practical dosing method?
 
I do a rounded 1/4 Teaspoon morning and a rounded 1/4 teaspoon before bed.

I Parachute it with a tissue square twisted up and cut off excess. Gulp ...

Parachute it? Does it taste that bad? I was looking into getting some because I'm starting to feel an aggravation right at the tip of my elbow.

Yeah, It's Nasty ... It will absolutely destroy a protein shake, even that small amount ... You could always cap it, but the parachute method is just too easy, convenient, and free ...

I'm on a Havoc/Furazan Cycle and the Super Cissus + Glucosomine/Chondroitin i'm taking have kept my joints and ligaments from hurting at all so far. I'm happy with it ...
 
Supercissus seems to have the most overwhelming positive reviews. Man, that bad huh....

I just put in on my tongue and chase it down with some liquids. Unless your a girl when it comes to taste, bulk cissus is nothing compared to other things such as yellow gold...
 
I've actually got a pretty strong threshold for nasty stuff. I used to take this BCAA powder that I swear came in the form of pure salt and I just spooned it in my mouth, gargled and chugged it down.

I heard Yellowgold was the kind of upchucks. I guess I'll just have to see how bad SC is.
 
I'm not saying it's going to make you vomit or anything, I just prefer to not have that taste lingering on my tastebuds for an hour ...
 
Cap 'm Quick!; Do you guys dose on an empty stomach or with food?

I've got a cap 'em quick kit, but I hate getting that yellow $hit all over my kitchen counter . . once the powder gets moist, your counter is scarred for life !

I've tried it with meals and 30-45 minutes prior to meals. I've taken Yellow Gold for 2.5 weeks so far, and I've noticed little effects. Started with 500mg * 3/day, and now I'm at 1g * 3-4/day.. First week my core body temperature was increased, but beyond that initial week, I've seen little result . .

I've inhaled creatine before. I normally just toss a scoop in my mouth and gargle some water down, but this time I inadvertently took a huge breath while the dry creatine powder was still in mouth and I coughed white powder everywhere.

See i thought it was close to YG, but YG would linger for awhile so that puts it as worse IMO.

If you put a little water in your mouth before you dump it in there and swallow real fast it clumps up into a little ball and you can some what avoid the taste. Again somewhat.
 
is supercissus better than nutraplanets bulk cissus? the low extract stuff should be cheaper for the total amount of good crap in it
 
I have BN's bulk cissus. I just put a little water in my mouth, then .33-.5 teaspoon in my mouth, squish it around a little while trying not to taste it, then finish it. I then wash it down with water again.

Tastes pretty nasty.

That's what I do with most powdered supps, but sometimes you get REALLY nasty ones that taste like a mouth full of salt, like CEE or certain BCAA's.

CEE doesn't even compare to the taste of Cissus. CEE is some of the most disgusting **** I've ever tried, which is why I don't use it.

DOESN'T EVEN COMPARE?!?!? That mouth of full salt!! Damn, Cissus must be pretty damn bad. 2 girls, 1 Cissus
 
I meant Cissus is way better than CEE. CEE is probably one of the most, if not THE most, vile things I've ever tasted.
 
I bought bulk CEE, took one serving and haven't took it since...

I did the same thing :toofunny:

It's just sitting in a corner in my pantry. I may put it in ziploc bags and sell it to highschoolers and tell them it's meth.
 
I must be the only one who doesn't think CEE tastes all that terrible. As long as you mix with something else its not quite so bitter.
