From 2 to 3 per meal?
No I usually take 2 in the am 4before workout and 2 before bed. There are quite a few people who take more than me.
I have tried to go 3/3/3 and 1-3 before bed. No problems here, but always remember to get in enough water. And I try to take 3 before workout instead of lunch because I feel a nice energy boost and a good amount of sweat, great stuff!
I drink tons of water. Gonna start on the 3/3/3 tomorrow.
Just know where the bathroom is at all times. DCP definitely upped the count of my "movements" throughout the day!
i ve tried 4/4/4 with no problems. also 4/6/6 with no problems and no cramps
I have done as many as 18 in a day. No issues at all, other than a slight increase in bowel movement frequency, which I took as a good sign. My waist circumference decreased dramatically pretty quickly.

I'm gonna do the math on a bottle of DCP vs. a bottle of Lev and try and end the supply on the same day.
I was taking 6 dcp a day plus an additional 3g of TTA without issues

Looks like 8/day will have me running out of DCP same time as Lev.
dcp never gave me movement issues at all...
