I've purchased myself about a kilogram of taurine, mainly with the intention of supplementing with it during future clen cycles. However I've read that it serves many other purposes, such as cell volumizing and heart benefits among other effects.

Do any of you have experience supplementing with taurine on a year round basis? As it's very inexpensive and I'll have a pile of it, I'm thinking of supplementing with about 10 grams or so per day, with 5 of that added to my in workout shake.

Any thoughts/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
