Is it safe to mega dose cissus?
What's the safe max amount? I'm taking Incarnate AND Super Cissus. I've got some major joint/tendion/nerve/scaring issues from neck to toe

I started to notice a little relief in my elbow a month after I added the Supercissus. Lately, I've been thinking about adding more. Are there any side effects of a high cissus dose?

have you tried mega dosing fish oil?(30-40g a day) I hear that it works wonders for what your mentioning.
