If anyone could help me out that would be cool. For about two months my wrist has been in pain. I can still lift, and it still has it's strength. I have avoided using for about seven weeks now to avoid doing serious damage. When it does get irritated I feel it almost all the way down my forearm. Had x-rays done and it isn't bone. I've recently started using about 6g cissus from 1Fast, thought that might help. This injury is really testing me and i'm about to freak out, I just want to lift. Any advice would be helpful.
