Whats the difference between Lipoderm Y and Lipderm Ultra

I assume the products are somewhat like the old Yohimburn I used to use. What are the differences between these two products? Caffeine?

Lipoderm-Y contains only Yohimbine HCl and Caffeine Anhydrous.

Lipoderm-Ultra, however, contains Yohimbine HCl, Caffeine, Octopamine HCl, SesaThin, Synephrine, ALCAR, Ascorbyl Palmitate, and Lecithin.

If you're looking into topical fat loss products, I would suggest also looking into Invalid Link Removed, which can be stacked with a Lipoderm or used solo.
