Cell-tech Stack

Ok so some buddys were telling me that I might want to invest into some Cell-Tech..
So I was wondering what I should stack it with?

Has anybody used it b4, or have any advice they would like to share?

Celltech is made by BSN.

Recently a scandal with BSN occured. A lawsuit was pledged agianst them in reguards of fraud. The plaintiff claims that BSN claimed their way to fame with CEM3 a revolutionary creatine. In reality there was no such thing. It was simply creatine monohydrate. BSN makes decent supplements for beginners. I would suggest you go with reg creatine mono and other stuff. Cell tech is supposed to be a recovery formula. There are plenty of things out there that can help enhance recovery for cheaper. You might want to look into things like bulk creatine monohydrate and BCAA. Beta Alanine and CM will also help with recovery.

Wait I think you might have Cell-Tech, and Cell Mass mixed up..?

Anyway Thanks for the help. I take 100% Whey Gold Standard though, and isn't that suppose to have my BCAA's?

Do you recommend something else?
My buddy told me he gains 7lbs, of muscle in a week on it..
And said the recovery was great..

most protiens have standard BCAA in them but not at a dosage where I would say recovery is enhanced. You might want to try some bulk Citrulline Malate. It should help in terms of recovery and endurance. BCAA's such as Xtend should along with bulk Citrulline Malate should be useful if your goal is recovery.

Cell-Tech is also a creatine I believe. Over rated if you ask me and way too expensive. Get some bulk Creatine Monohydrate or something like dicreatine malate. I prefer DiCreatine Malate over Creatine mono. As a consumer you have to be smart about your money. You might want to look into supplements that fit your overall goal. If your bulking or cutting or looking to increase endurance, these are the things you might want to consider because they are YOUR goals. Supplements should follow along with your goals not what your friend recommends.

I am 100% sure that he did not gain 7 lbs of muscle.

It takes a beginner from the first day he starts to bulk approximately a year to gain about 15-20 pounds. It depends on genetics, but the point I am trying to make is that Cell - Tech contains creatine. I just visited BB.com to find the label. It's a different blend of creatines ranging from Creatine Monohydrate to Dicreatine Malate. Most likely your buddy put on half a pound of muscle and 6 1/2 pounds of water weight. The 1/2 a pound is pushing it already. 1/2 pound gain of muscle in a week is pretty insane if you ask me.

Tell your friend to take creatine monohydrate in bulk.

He'll gain about 8 pounds in "muscle" in a week ~_~

(P.S I was joking about the last statement )

Well my overall goal is to get decent muscle gains quickly, and to have the MEAN & define BIG look..

OO and I was also told that this might work better then the "Whey 100%.." Becuase it does more..?

There is no such thing as a more anabolic protien. Protien is protien, dont listen to any BS that says otherwise. Protien A is just as anabolic as Protien X

Protien X may have a cooler name and a better claim than the other protiens but thats BS.

Protien is protien. The idea of protien being more anabolic is just a marketing ploy to sell you overpriced protien.

Well this isn't exactly my first time working out, I worked out for about 8 months, and stoped a year ago. But I didn't use supplements then, I just used protein..

So I should probably just use "creatine monohydrate", and take a recovery supplement? Btw im in the gym 4 days a week..

lol @ your friend gaining 7lbs in a week on cell tech, that sounds like a ****ing joke. You dont gain that much off the strongest injectable. He didnt even gain 1lb in a week gaurentee. Maybe some water from the creatine.

Stay away from Muscle-Tech first off, and second there is NO pill that will get u huge in a short period of time besides steriods/prohormones which shouldnt be taken by ANYONE under the age of atleast 21 with atleast the knowledge of what each and every supplement is involved in running a cyle/post cycle therapy

I mean with in 3 months a pretty decent gain in size..

I would say theres no real such thing as a recovery supplement. (I cant think of one at the top of my head at least)

Many supplements will help in recovery. Food for one, BCAAs, Beta Alanine,Citrulline Malate, hmnn what else...

Im sure there are plenty of bulk products that help in recovery time.

An important recovery factor would be SLEEP!

Most important recovery product!

Something that may help with deep sleep or help you fall asleep might help with recovery as well. Something like PowerFull would be good for recovery or Abyss. Something along those lines. Plenty of ways to help with secondary recovery, you just gotta know where to look

(What I mean by secondary recovery is that it doesnt exactly help recover directly but more indirectly. Deeper sleep or the ability to sleep more will help enhance your recovery)

ok well with that said, that is a reasonable amount of time to see some good gains. stick with some:

Whey - ON 100% (think u said u had that already...5 pound?)
BCAA's - Xtend (1000 gram size)
Creatine - can buy bulk (1000 grams)
Beta-Alanine - buy bulk (500 grams)

all those will last u probably 2-3 months and as long as u eat plenty and train hard, u'll grow like a weed
