    You'd have to list current diet and training protocol first. Age and experience also.

    AP,P-Slin,X-Factor,AX stack,Drive,RPM,PowerFull,IGF-2 all of these are good.

    More quality calories. That is all that is needed to increase LBM. However, once diet is in check, adding in some SyntheSIZE will help with strength and body composition and SuperCarb can be used to add extra carbs for pre/post WO purposes.

    I have been lifting for 4 years now. I am 19 years old Im a track runner diet consits of meats salads oj milk. I take vitamins daily and whey protein shakes twice daily

    I have been on NoVapor for a while since my senior year ended. I put on a solid 20lbs to now. I wanna be around 200 but I cant put on weight.?

    I'll second that, supercarb is amazing for adding quality carbs to your deit, throw in 40g in your protein shakes and you have a healthy meal replacement shake.

    I especially like supercarb plus Ultra Peptide 2.0 before bed, I wake up the next morning not hungry and with semi muscle fullness, which is hard to keep overnight.

    There is no supplement man that is going to put on weight really. Why don't you list your diet in the "diet" section and see if we can work on that and get it where it should be and I guarentee you that you will add lbm.

    i cant believe no one has yet said megadose BCAAs.. These things work great and should be a staple in anyones supp cabinet.

    hahaha when i saw this thread and clicked on it to open, the first thing i thought i was going to see was cellardude recommending x-factor/drive/rpm....i was right, it made me laugh.

    all the supps he recommended are all great natural supps btw.
