BCAA timing????

  1. BCAA timing????


    Is there a optimum time of day to take bcaas, like before workout or after or both...on a empty stomach or not also???


  2. Optimum time? Idk, but what I like to do is....

    • 20grams sipped throughout workout
    • ^^^^^ same during fasted cardio
    • ^^^^^ same sipped over time anytime I miss out on getting a meal in every 3 hours

    I take 5g with breakfast, 5g pre workout, 10g post workout, and 5g again before bed to assure a steady flow of aminos.

  8. I throw 3 servings of Xtend (21gr BCAA) into a geezy of water and just drink it thru the day. I usuallyt finish it about 8pm. I drink just water in 1 leiter containers and dont drink my Xtend with meals

  10. Pretty pointless to consume isolated aminos on a full stomach that is already full of protein.

    BCAA whenever you are fasted. Primary times being on waking and before bed, while working out.
