Optimum time? Idk, but what I like to do is....
- 20grams sipped throughout workout
- ^^^^^ same during fasted cardio
- ^^^^^ same sipped over time anytime I miss out on getting a meal in every 3 hours

I take 5g with breakfast, 5g pre workout, 10g post workout, and 5g again before bed to assure a steady flow of aminos.

I throw 3 servings of Xtend (21gr BCAA) into a geezy of water and just drink it thru the day. I usuallyt finish it about 8pm. I drink just water in 1 leiter containers and dont drink my Xtend with meals

Pretty pointless to consume isolated aminos on a full stomach that is already full of protein.
BCAA whenever you are fasted. Primary times being on waking and before bed, while working out.
