    Which would be better bcaapro5000 or x-tend. I do not need glutamine.

    Bcaapro500 has Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI) 2 mg 67%
    L-Leucine 2500 mg †
    L-Isoleucine 1250 mg †
    L-Valine 1250 mg †
    Beta Alanine (Micronized) 750 mg †


    Xtend has (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine), Glutamine, Citrulline Malate, and Vitamin B6

  4. xtend just because it tastes so good. Go to nutraplanet and buy some bulk powders to add whatever else you need.
    (Beta-alanine, taurine, creatine, and a little extra bcaa are what i add to mine)
