    can rpm be taken with food or on an empty stomach?

    its better in a empty stomach, taking it with food reduces it stim effect

    give or take like 45 min to 1 hr just to make sure you dont have alot of food on your stomach

    i find def 30-45 min after but for me i usually dont eat any whole food 1.5-2 hrs before my lift anyhow each person will vary in terms of effects felt

    depends on your stim tolerance. I used to be able to take 6-7 RPM Caps @ 8 pm and be able to sleep like a baby, but now that i cleared my stim receptors i cant take 3 with out staying awake till 5 am lol

    Thanks Zombie..I think my tolerance for stims is relatively high. I drink a redline every morning to get me going. I was thinking of doing the same in cleaning up my stim receptors but myabe I will have to re-evalute that as the only time i can train with my budy is late.

    sounds like a plan , but first test RPM cause you dont get that jittery stim feeling from it, ita a more alet,sence of well being feeling , you feel like if it were 2pm all day lol, its something weird you have to feel it to understand it
