Cytogainer while on...

Cytogainer has what seems like a lot of cholesterol, 150mg to be exact. Wouldn't that be a bad idea to take while on a Phera-Plex/Halodrol stack?

There are other cytosport drinks that are very low in fat. Look on nutraplanet and you'll find they have some with less than 1g fat and low carbs, plus a decent amount of protein...

im taking cytogainer while on a JW cycle, and taking fish oils so hopefully my cholesterol dosent go up.

hmm now im looking at muscle milk collegiate...same amount of calories and way less cholesterol...too bad vitacost doesnt carry it.

it's important to note that dietary cholesterol may have no effect on your blood cholesterol level. if you're genetically prone to high cholesterol, that is the only time to be concerned in my opinion. Eat lots of whole grains and soluble fiber, and drink lots of water. You will be fine.
