  1. Need help choosing a stack to bulk


    I have a hard time getting bigger even though i diet right and was wondering if anybody could suggest a stack that would help me gain more muscle faster. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 175. Thanks.


  2. If you are dieting correctly, then you will gain mass. Adding calories to your diet is the most important part to gaining mass.

  4. Give us an idea of what your diet looks like and also what supps you are currently taking.

  5. breakfast- 2 cups oatmeal, 3 eggs, 1 banana
    lunch- 2 turkey or chicken sandwiches
    dinner- varies usually chicken, pork or beef and then i'll usually eat something else like pasta or another sandwich or some pizza a couple hours after dinner.
    i take 2 nitro-tech hardcore shakes a day, cell-tech harcore once a day an NO shogun

    Your meals are fine, but try eating 5-6 of them instead of just three. Also add some more protein to your breakfast.

    Here is your problem-you have a lack of basic bodybuilding diet knowledge. Rule of thumb is to eat at least 5 meals per day and many eat up to 8. Protein should be included at every meal and since you are bulking, fats and carbs as well. Based in your size, I would say to start at 3000 kcals a day with between 200-225g of protein, 400-450g of carbs, and 70-80g of fats.

  8. probaly need to stack (chicken / rice / almonds) 2-3x daily - along with all your other meals
