lol i'll be the first one to list an all natural stack.

muscle building...i'm loving cit malate, aee, cee, l- norvaline, and l- tyrosine.

sleep...i am taking Phosphatidylserine and GABA prior to bed with my muscle milk...loving it.

fat loss...flax oil is helping me lean up a lot...plain and simple.

i still consider myself too young to get into the hormonal stuff...11 oxo looks and sounds like an amazing product. I work at a nutrition store and we sell it like crazy...and people are loving it...and at our wholesale price it's sooo tempting!:head:
