Critique my suppliment timing

Wanna make sure everything is ok and im not doing anything wrong or leaving anything out. I want a balance between cutting and bulking.


ZMA(I dont like dreams)
5-10g BCAAs 30-60 mins before
1hour Fasted morning cardio
5-10 more grams BCAAs during cardio.
WPI after cardio
1 hour after cardio: Meal containing protein(maybe some carbs??), Multi vitamin.

Pre-WO
5g creatine
WPI
5g BCAAs
(not sure if I should have high GI carbs here)

Post-WO
5grams glucose(5 grams of 25 grams still causes the same insulin spike)
5 grams creatine
5g BCAAs
WPI
Multi vitamin etc

within 3 hour window after training
5 grams creatine
Main meal of the day looking to get majority of daily fat content crammed in this meal.


before bed
Casein protein

Looks fine, what kind of creatine are you using? If it is Mono, I'm not sure there's a need for 5g both pre and post.

Yea its Mono, I am actually considering lowering the total daily dose to 2x 5 grams.
