question on CLA?

Is CLA worth taking? I have heard mixed reviews on it, my friend gave me a bottle insisting that i try it and it will help me get lean and build muscle. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

if your friend gave you the bottle then why not? its not gona give you some dramatic results like something like leviathan would, but combine it with a good diet and lots of cardio and it could help shed an extra couple pounds
