Bout to start these 3 on monday and will be keeping a log for every 2 months that goes by....I know that RPM and Levith shred fat but does that mean I can pretty much eliminate cardio or what? i usually do 45 mins...walk/jog/run intervals like 3-4 days a week....could i pretty much cut that out or just do less and the Lev and RPM will burn the fat for me?!?! might be too good to be true though lol
