question about stacking eca..

im 19 y/o 69kg and 11% bodyfat
and i just wanted to know if its possible to stack eca with alri jungle warefare and alri bad ass mass together.
im trying to increase lean muscle and lose bodyfat.
would there be any side affects with the stack apart from the obvious side affects of ephedrine
