training over 7 yrs.
Hello all. Over the last 2 months , i have been taking AP/PFULL/ with great results. I have added a nice bit of muscle while dropping around 15lbs. I am about out of AP, so i was trying to come up with a different stack.....here are some options i was looking into. Any help/feedback/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
