. Just so you know, I have sent you a sample of SMASH, I really recommend that, it is a great supp to help you get the absolute most out of your workouts. Other than whey and SMASH, I would just say, eat a lot of protein and complex carbs.
Aim for 1g to 1-1/2g protein/per lb of bod weight. And take in a good amt. of complex carbs. A good standard is 40% protein-40% complex carbs-20% fats. Try to keep most of the carbs and fats to before about 5pm if you are wathcing your fatty weight. Good luck man and let me know if you need any more help.
