So a girl friend of mine calls me up out of the blue last night and tells me that she just decided to do a show that's coming up in 4 weeks. She's competed before, and she's lean all year round however she needs some help now. She does need to lean out some more and she's wandering what products would be the best. I think a Tri-Lean + Thyrogen-X would be a good choice. It's worked for me really good although i had some sides with it. This is why considering that she's 5 feet tall and about 100lbs it makes me a little nervous to recomend it. What do you guys think? What would be some good supps for a her? preferably something that wouldn't make her retain water or flatten her muscles
