| Registered User | Yea. It is used to help lubricate joints and is anti-inflammatory. Never used it but.... it is supposed to work well. |

It has been used for joint therapy and cosmetically in smoothing facial lines as it provides a mechanism of transport for essential nutrients from the bloodstream to living skin cells. | |

| It's a Canes thing... | I think the oral bioavailibilty is pretty low. I'd say stick to something like Celadrin - it worked for me, Hyaluric didn't. R.I.P Dad. I miss you. | Registered User | I tried out hyaluronic acid, and found that it did little for me personally. I agree with Pimp C that cissus is a much better choice for pain relief and healing of joint issues. |

| SARCASM: Just one more service I offer. Board Moderator | It works well topically but the science for oral administration isn't very solid. If you already have the product, it probably wouldn't hurt to throw it in with a glucosamine/chondritan supplement. If you haven't purchased it, then I'd suggest that you put your money into a product with a mor eproven track record like celadrin or cissus. |

| Registered User | Has anyone else read any studies on how HA improves premature ejaculation? |

| Registered User | so the general consensus of the board is that it lacks effectiveness for the purpose of joint relief in comparison to a more established product like cissus? |

| It's a Canes thing... | Tell us more about HA and ejaculation - rather than speaking in cryptic terms. R.I.P Dad. I miss you. | Registered User | i haven't seen a reply on this one in awhile. i was asking about Hyluronic Acid for a couple of reasons. my girlfriends parents actually own a business that sells products with HA as the main ingredient, and i hadn't previously heard of it. so i was wondering what the am board members had to say about it. they don't really target the bodybuilding market. they are more along the lines of a veterinary supplement distributor...but i believe it's an area they shouldn't neglect if HA is effective, being a body builder myself, i know what kind of interest you all have in keeping your joints in good condition. |

| Registered User | I have used several different oral HA products and I find that it is effective in curing runner's knee. It does not effectively stimulate cartilage repair, but rather mildly lubricates the joints. It works for runner's knee, tennis elbow, etc. IF the problem is solely lubrication. I can attest that Conquer HA at the very least DOES work for these symptoms. Other products of the same ilk I cannot say. |
