what is this im reading about mega dosing bcaa's and eaa's to get a natural anabolic effect? im about to start purple wraath and im wondering how much i should take to get the most out of it, or is it already set up to deliver the most your body can handle in one day with the recommended dosage? im hoping this will stack well with my JW/BAM stack.
