Echo this info... Also look for something standardized for the Cis-12 Isomer... That is the active one within CLA. I believe DSade said he had something in the works!!!
I used CLA with TTA(MeltingPoint) for about 6 weeks with some very good muscle sparing results during a spring cut in 2006. I have never used it stand alone. I prefer to mix my fatty acids.
I have experienced very good results using CLA with decaffeinated green tea extract for a stimulant-free fat-loss stack. However, as DmitryWI has noted, higher doses work best. I personally take 4 grams of CLA three times a day. I'm pleased with the results, but not the price. As soon as my supply of CLA runs out, I'll be trying SesaThin liquid with the green tea extract instead.
