Is the dosage weight dependent? I am 200lbs.
At a rate of 3 caps per day, is it most effective to take:
- 1 cap when you wake up and 2 caps before bedtime
- 1 cap when you wake up, 1 cap before training (or 4 hours after morning dosage), and 1 cap before bedtime?
