I'm also interested in this. Can someone recommend a more cost efficient way of doing it than stuff liketoo? I looked at ***********.com's bulk BCAAs but it wasn't even that much a better deal. Where do you get your bulk stuff from?

Usually megadosing you do 6 servings per day.

20g BCAA's with 10g glutamine sipped throughout my workouts. ive been doing this for almost a year now and i love it. it makes sense to use only around workout times since that is when BCAA oxidation is at its highest.

I do 45grams a day spaced out in 3 servings. One in the morning, one at lunch or when I get home from work, and one in the evening before bed.

Around workouts(before or during and then after) is a great time to do it.
Along with around times of sleep(before bed and as soon as you wake up).
During the day could be helpful too if you can afford it/don't mind cutting your supply short. But if you're eating properly you should be alright.
Also, if you know that you won't be able to eat for whatever reason, I would take some BCAAs so that you decrease catabolism!

I'm using All the Whey's BCAA's, I'm only taking in 20 grms cuz i can't afford to take more but I take it pre and post workout. I feel it's definately helping me during cutting

Thanks for the feedback. I really wonder if the cost/benefit ratio is worth going upwards of 45g a day. I think I'll go with Rodja's sipping throughout the day approach and then increase amount around workouts equalling 25-30g per day. I've tried lemon and raspberry excell. For some reason the lemon mixed so much better and also tasted better IMO. Looking to try strawberry next. I usually only use 10g around workout, so we'll see what tripling the dosage achieves.
