Just wanted to drop an idea recently inspired by the way my workouts have been going lately -- a really effective combo of training styles and supplements is MAN Clout/Body Octane and/or higher-dose BCAA while training EDT-style. Striving for more reps and faster inter-set recovery within 15-20 minute PR zones has never been easier. Some training styles beg to be enhanced by complementary supplements...
