    Motivation

    Hello,

I was wondering if there is a supplement available to increase my motivation in general. Not just for weightlifting, just for everything. I am probably the biggest procrastinator to walk the face of the earth. My grades are slipping, I occasionally miss workouts just because i feel lazy that day, etc. I have heard that X-Force by IBE might be one option. Also, what are nootropics? Would this help at all?

Nootropics are "brain drugs." Ive found that piracetam combined with L-huperzine A and oxiracetam have helped my motivation.

be careful with nootropics. they do mess with your neural balance and abusive/prolonged use will result in consequences. im pretty sure the "acetams" are not approved by the FDA. hyperzine A i think is only available in premade formulas such as neurostim or focus XT. at least ive never found it in bulk likely because the dosing is very small for it (around 50 mcg).

choline, ALCAR, and caffeine are all synergistic with the above "smart drugs." start with low doses, increase slowly, taper back down and then come off for awhile. although good for motivation, use with caution.

How about getting off your lazy arse and just sucking it up and do what ever it is you have to get done. No drug will motivate you, enhance your current state of thinking perhaps, give you some energy.

ephedra will motivate the **** out of you. Redline will too. IBE's new Matrix drink, when it comes out, would be a good choice.

    This is simply not true.

The Alpha-Yohimbine in HEAT Stack will shift your thinking and motivation, for example.

Alpha-Yohimbine is active, with a different affinity for, some of the dopaminergic neuron/and adrenergric subtypes.

The effects shift your mindset towards one of focus, and increases motivation to act - regardless of prior mindset.

The effects, for me, last around 3-4 weeks...then need a washout period.

I'll tell you what never let me down for gym motivation back when it was available...avant labs in rage. Not available anymore, this thread just reminded me of it.

Yeah...I'm waiting for shipping confirmation of the Bulk Alpha-Yohimbine.

The other suggestions in the thread are also good.
