Aight so i'm 10 days into my Jungle Warfare and everything's been going perfect. This morning though i woke up feeling a little groggy and depressed, probably from not getting enough sleep the whole week. So i took some St. John's Wort along with my Jungle Warfare and my multi. Fast forward 2 hrs and` all of a sudden i felt hot and nauseaus and dizzy. Just an overall crappy feeling. I feel a little better now, but i feel depressed like a come down off a recreational drug. wtf? can anybody tell me why?
