Fellas,
currently I'm working in Afghanistan and besides work, sleep, and working out, there isn't much to do. So I have decided to maximize my ability to put towards my bodybuilding goals. Since I make decent money here, I am allocating $400 a month on supplements. So based on this $ amount, what supplements would you use for the most lean mass gains possible? I don't want to do prohormones and am looking for alternatives to the dark side. Let's here some recommendations on $400 stacks. Peace, mn27

300 lbs of cookie mix and whey isolate.

probabyl try out jungle warefare, x-factor, and mega dosed BCAA.

then save some for a cut and try some of the more expensive weight loos products that I wont spend money on now because I feel there a waste of money.

but spending 400 a month on supps is crazy imo.

I'd think about what you have available to you and then fill-in the gaps. If you have plenty of good quality food available, then that settles the most important issue. If you don't, then you probably will want to start with some multivitamins, dehydrated greens, berry extracts. Build a good nutritional foundation.

After that, then I'd suggest protein powders, creatine products and natural test boosters (Activate, saponin based prioducts like PowerFULL, etc.).

Think about your goals, think about what you already have to meet those goals, and then build a plan from there.

thanks guys. well i take home $400 a day, so i figure that since this is probably the only time in my life i can afford to do something like this, i'll take advantage of it. food here isn't so great though, so it's gonna be hard for me to hit the essentials in nutrition. i do personal security out here for a british company dealing with diplomats. we have a lot of down time here. ok, so i'm thinking this:
2 gf pro protein = $100
2 cissus = $40
1 size on = $45
1 superpump = $40
1 jungle warfare = $40
2 sesamin = $40
fish oil = $40
activate = $40
1 powerfull = $30

total = $415

i know these prices aren't exacts, but they are close. so what do you all think of this? i think i have just about everything covered. peace, mn27

dude, take advantage of it in another way...INVESTMENT!!!

Protein, CEE, PowerFULL, Cissus, BCAAs, Liver Tabs (Beverly International Ultra 40s), Activate, Rebound Reloaded

That's my dream-monthly stack. Even all that together shouldn't equal $400.

My recommendation is to drop the Jungle Warfare and buy two bottles of PowerFULL. Dose it higher. 9-12 caps ED.

believe me bro, considering that my only monthly expenses are supplements, all the rest of my $$ is going into investments. and i consider these supps an investment in myself, which is important too. i just want to see what i can do naturally with the extreme supplement regime while improving my health. i'll take your advice on the JW and drop it for the Powerfull and see what happens with that. What about symmetry X in addition? peace fellas

I think you should just put away the money. Eat more and spend a hundred or so on the basics every month. A good stim for when you need it, a great tasting whey, fish oil, powerfull or alpha drive or activate, a multi, and that is about it.

The fact is....These stack 3 natural test booster stacks and everything like that just isn't effecient. You're not going to get great(er) results from adding more things to the stack. I noticed that when I stopped focusing on supplements, put my energy elsewhere like sleep, food, and workouts I started to grew a lot faster.

this is why i recommended RR + Activate + PowerFULL. they work synergestically together it seems.

Powerfull
Cissus RX
Man Body Octane
Man Clout or Man orotine
AI Excell tropical punch
GF Pro Cherry
Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide
Bulk Leucine
AI Cookie Mix
Now Ginger root
Digestive Enzymes
Now Spirulina Powder
Now Super EPA
Vigor

Not sure how much it comes out to, but if you have the money, why not. I'd say, powerfull, cissus rx, body octane, multi, fish oil, creatine, bcaa, wpi, and antioxidant. That and a good diet should produce some good gains. Good luck.

I'd spend them on high priced escorts, creatine, HMB, protein, Powerfull, and Activate :)

If you don't need the high priced escort you can save yourself some $$$ ;)

I don't know. If you already got your food in check and essential vitamins etc then I would used the $400 for gear and pct. That's just me IMO.

I would choose the following in this order:

1. Food
2. Training related stuff
3. supplements (cissus, powerfull, etc etc)
4. Gear/pct

So if you say food isn't all that great there then focus on trying to get quality food to you.

Good luck

I really want to push the Desiccated Liver Tabs (Ultra 40s) by Beverly International. I really think everyone overlooks the huge benefit this product is. I've never gained more weight naturally than when I was taking these. Take 4 tabs with each meal.

there is gear out here, but I have used in the past and I want to try the natural route and let my hpta get back 100%. So I'm super supplementing in place of gear, because I can now afford it. I know a cycle would be cheaper, but my goal is overall health while possibly making gains naturally. I'll pass on the high price escorts out here though. They might come strapped with a bomb to themselves. thanks for all the help guys. peace, mn27

Seems like quite a bit of money, you can probably catch a few deals and still get all that under 400...

Acitivate+powerfull, or Activate + JW...**** load of muscle milk, extra food and those liver tabs he's talking about are the real deal...strangely, they help also.......but, i doubt you'd need 400 worth, unless your body is saturated already...

With money like that flying out of ur a. I would get those fancy pants multi vitamins (life extensions or something).

Ton's of protein bars, and a huge variety of flavors and proteins 4 shakes

I would get a ton of different natural boosters, and while ur at it, get some on cycle or something because ur talking about health and I know that stuff isn't going to hurt you. Try out everything you want see what gains u get. I could spend 400$ on nutraplanet right now without hesisatation. ANd now thinking about shipping ur budget is more like a little over 300$ i'm guessin.

Sounds like u have a fun problem deciding where to throw u money, I can't wait till I get a good job and drop some good coin.

2 different flavors of muscle milk $40, ON's 100% whey $15, ON's Optimen multivitamin $15, ON's fish & flax oil $10, try SizeON $45, CissusRX 2 bottles $35, 2 Powerfull $35, ICE $45, dymatize Zforce 2 bottles $20, AI cookie mix $25, Activate $40, Lipoderm Ultra or HEAT stack $35. That is under $400 but you have to pay shipping too. IMO i dont think you are spending that much if you are making $400 each day. So in one days work you get to reward yourself with supps to try out. My last supp order was about $450 from Nutraplanet, Im just stocking up on things and hopefully eventually I will have time to sample all of them.

Even though I mentioned this earlier, I'm going to mention it again. I'd highly suggest trying out Man Body Octane! :) Trust me, you're going to like this stuff, and imo, I think it's one of the most underrated supplements out there.

If you visit the bb.com forums at all, deserusan is running a log over there.

i have an APO so shipping isn't much different than in the states. I'm curious about these liver tabs as I thought that was an old school gimmick kinda like dibencozide? but i'm gonna try it out and incorporate it in my super stack. and what about this cookie mix....are you guys actually making cookies with this? or is it something else? i don't have access to my own kitchen. this is what i'm going with so far. oh yeah, decided to drop the superpump 250 and replace with the body octane after reading up on it. superpump gives me super****s! this is the list:

2 Powerfull = $70
2 Vaporize = $40
1 Activate = $40
2 Cissus RX = $45
2 GF Pro = $110
1 Size on = $40
2 Mega Milk = $30
ON Multi = $15
Body Octane = $45
2 Liver Tabs = $35

total = $470

now i'll repeat i've done prohormones in the past, but I really want me to do a legal stack that will be comparable to gear in the long term with maintainable gains. This stack should do it!! the problem with prohormones is you crash after, lose some, and too many sides. I want to feel good while I'm making gains, and I want to improve my body. I might post some before and after pics too, just to see what super supplementing might do. my myspace has some newer pics of myself....www.myspace.com/bostonmarine thanks for all the help fellas! this is gonna be awesome!

What is your job over there? I was thinking about working for Haliburton and going to Iraq, I got an offer as being an ex-marine to get a job over there, I could have retired after two years, but I have a wife and kids so it is not worth it. Good luck.

I agree, and the great thing is Ultra40 can be used in place of food when you can't eat or along with a shake.

I would probably go to Beverly and have them send me a plan and a list of supps and follow it exactly if I had the time. I am not banging on any of the other suggestions all of them are good.

Out of everything else I would take Cissus no matter what. I had a wrist injury and coudn;t do curls a month into Cissus I was doing them again. I went off and it started to bother me again. Now that I am taking Cissus again no problems. I am a big believer in this product.

I can't argue with whoever said buy gear if you want to go that route. Nothing is going to beat gear if you have your diet in hand and take care of all of the other associated potential issues.
