Halodrol

Hi all,
I just finished my H cycle and can't express my dissapointed enough.
I was totally dedicated to the 30 days training 2 on 1 off. Lifting to total max and failure every training day and eating 7 clean meals and supps I thought I had a good chance of some nice gains.
I lost about 6 pounds with no noticeable gains of anything. No sides, no strength and no results. :wtf:
I think I was ripped off.
Anyway, having said that what would you guys say to hitting a bottle of methyl supervol directly after 30 days PCT??
Would this still be to soon to run even after getting zero out of the H cycle??

What brand Halo were you using? Starting supervol would be unwise since the point of pct is to get your body back to it's natural state. The general rule is time on + pct + the time of those combined then start a new cycle. Even if you are a possible non-responder, the effects on your internals are still there and need to be respected. Don't jump the gun trying for quick gains. It's tempting, even for me, but it's better to stay safe then throwing yourself under the bus.

Your right Dags, and of course I knew this. I think I was just hoping for some stupid encouragement but I will definately do the right thing. It's only a couple of months after all.
It was Gaspari's H that I didn't respond to. Don't know why but I got lean as hell while eating like ten pigs. Even stopped cardio half way through cycle and still lost half inch on arms...damn.
Thanks bro

If your diet and training were on bro you should of gained regardless of your supplement use. So you should look into one of those two things for the broken link. If you lost size on your arms then you may be a very large BF % and just burnt off a lot of fat. Or training to failure every workout just stressed the living hell out of you preventing gains.

Give a days sample of your diet and workout in detail.

Agreed...Weight gain is simple math:

If calories in > Calories needed to maintain current weight
then you gain weight. Anabolics should make this gain even more extreme.

This is a pretty strict example of my ruitine on working days, only the meals vary.
I think I lost weight this time because of overtraining. I really pushed every day to the limit and after two days off my joints are sore and I feel a run down and drained.
BF went from about 13% to 11% over the cycle so maybe 13% was to chubby to start a halodrol cycle??
Anyway, It could have turned out worse. I've learnt alot as a beginner to the AS world and I have a ripped look that many others would love to own. Cheers guys

Your carb intake is unbelievably low. When on AAS, unless you are doing a cut, you should have your carbs to at least equal your protein.

Yeppety Yep! That was my thought exactly your diet looks like a cut, 1 peice of toast and some pasta? Can't grow on that! next time up the carbs alot, include potatoes, Oats, etc shoot for at least 40/40/20 and if you don't gain in the first part of the cycle, up the carbs more!

True that again! Its impossible to grow with out carbs. Your glucose / insulin ration will stay out of range for any IGF factors.
When your body achieves Ketogenisis, you have basically programmed it not to grow. Halodrol seems best for the cutter.

I couldnt agree more guys. In fact, the only thing that changes in my diet between a bulking cycle and cutting cycle is the carbs. When I cut its a 4 day on, 1 day off cycle of 75 g daily, then up to 500. When bulking it's around 600 daily. Protein should increase a little on bulking cycles too. But yeah, the diet is well planned out, just not nearly enough carbs.

And as far as halodrol is concerned, I love it in a cutting stack. For bulking there are some better choices available (test, deca, superdrol, PP)

Thanks heaps everyone,
I thought I was eating right but live and learn ay!!
I'm suss on pumping to much carbs cause I'm prone to putting on bad weight so I guess I've learned to eat lean and just stayed that way as habit. Maybe I should take a week off training and eat as much as I can to kick my skinny arse 200lb's into gear??
Is there something good I can take during two month rest period (before next cycle). Any ideas to help a little guy??
