Any one every try this stuff for joints and what not? And is it anti-anabolic in any way?

I use it for occasional lower back pain, and it seems to be most effective for that.

I have also been using it preventatively in combination with glucosamine and chondroitin (for the knee joints), and cissus (for the ligaments and tendons), before a "heavy" workout of squats or deadlifts, and I don't suffer with the little aches and pains that I sometimes used to afterwards and during the recovery period. I don't know whether it, or the other two products, are truly anti-catabolic, but my ability to lift heavy with fewer days rest in-between is better when I'm using these three together, and there is a noticeable lack of aches.

I don't think it affects prostaglandins, rather it works on cytokines and luekotriene based inflammation so it should not interfere with anabolism.
