Hi guyz. Just wondered if there was some kind of supplement you take before or after a cheat meal to help alleviate the bad sides. I had a chocolate attack last night, must've taken in 500-900 extra calories and was wondering if there was something I could take to eradicate some of the damage.

Put it behind you, drink some water, and maybe do something active.

For a sugar cheat like that, I recommend some k-r-ala before eating. Anywhere from 15-20min before should help.

one day a week cheat will do nothing to hurt you, enjoy it, and go right back to your normal eating plan
